1969 911S Restoration – Owner: Luke Marano

Talk about a diamond in the rough. This 1969 911S has lived a long, hard life and when it came to us it was, quite literally, one foot in the grave – a fact that became more and more apparent the deeper the restoration got. The owner of the car truly deserves commendation for his dedication and determination in seeing this project through to the end; there were times when many people would have tossed in the towel and given up.

However, Luke did not. He has likened this restoration project to commissioning a piece of art, and in many ways that’s an accurate parallel. We’re honored to have been a part of the process and we look forward to seeing Luke enjoy his early 911’s new lease on life.
